Warranty returns are only valid if the product is faulty and troubleshooting was performed within 30 days of the purchase date.

Eligible refunds can only be honored if your product has been:

unused in its original packaging. The return process must be started within 7 business days of receiving your order. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping fees. Make sure to include your order number, email, and persons name who purchased the product INSIDE the package to help expedite the return process.
